I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the weight of perfectionism or people-pleasing that often leaves us feeling stuck or unseen.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and values-focused, built on the belief that therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. I also support clients who are curious about boundaries, burnout, nervous system regulation, and learning how to feel more emotionally safe in relationships (especially with themselves).
